Agriculture Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Agriculture Project Engineer to lead landscaping, vegetable garden, hydroponic and indoor planting projects from client briefing to final handover. The role is based in Dubai and requires on‑site presence, strong technical judgment and the ability to manage all project phases independently.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to assess sunlight, water, drainage, soil and electrical requirements.
• Estimate materials, labour and timelines and provide inputs for client quotations.
• Oversee site preparation, material receipt, soil conditioning, irrigation and hydroponic system installation.
• Supervise labour teams, assign daily tasks and ensure site cleanliness and safety.
• Perform quality checks on workmanship and test hydroponic systems (NFT, Dutch Buckets, DWC, towers).
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, vendors and subcontractors and maintain clear client communication.
• Prepare daily reports, risk logs, site photographs and final handover documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in agricultural or landscaping project execution.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently on site.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Required skills

• Hydroponic system installation (NFT, Dutch Buckets, DWC, towers).
• Irrigation system setup and testing.
• Project estimation and material budgeting.
• Site inspection and feasibility analysis.
• Labor supervision and on‑site coordination.
