AI Automation Specialist (Marketing background)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist with a strong marketing background to design and optimise AI‑powered marketing systems for fast‑growing brands in e‑commerce, subscription and food & beverage sectors. The role is fully remote and offers high autonomy to build scalable automation workflows that drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AI‑driven marketing automation workflows across multiple brands and channels.
• Build scalable systems for content generation, reporting, customer insights, email marketing and operational efficiency using platforms such as Make, Zapier or n8n.
• Manage and optimise SEO initiatives, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking and local listings.
• Develop lifecycle email campaigns (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, retention) and segmentation strategies.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve reliability and scalability.
• Analyse funnel performance and campaign metrics to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical stakeholders to rapidly implement and iterate solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in marketing automation, workflow optimisation or digital marketing systems.
• Hands‑on expertise with automation platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier or n8n.
• Practical experience building AI‑driven workflows using tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
• Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing automation and e‑commerce ecosystems.
• Ability to independently build, manage, troubleshoot and optimise automation systems and API integrations.
