AI Enablement & Adoption Lead

About the role

Optasia is seeking an AI Enablement & Adoption Lead to shape and execute a company‑wide AI learning and adoption strategy. This hands‑on position sits within the People team and focuses on building AI capability across the organization through training, community building, and practical support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the AI enablement roadmap, learning journeys, and adoption initiatives.
• Design and deliver a company‑wide AI curriculum covering fundamentals, prompting, advanced use cases, productivity workflows, and responsible AI.
• Lead cohort‑based sessions, workshops, demos, and office hours to up‑skill employees in generative AI.
• Establish an AI Champions network to accelerate adoption within functional teams.
• Partner with business units to identify high‑value AI use cases and support implementation of assistants, workflows, and agents using tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
• Manage internal AI communications, campaigns, newsletters, events, and success‑story sharing.
• Maintain a self‑service AI learning hub with curriculum content, guides, playbooks, prompts, and use‑case libraries.
• Measure adoption metrics, track capability growth, and report business impact to continuously improve the program.

Required profile

• 4+ years of leadership experience in AI enablement, learning‑and‑development design, digital adoption, or change management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with generative AI tools, especially Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs and learning content.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience driving behavioral change and adoption across an organization.
• Analytical mindset with ability to create dashboards, analyze data, and provide insights.
• Curious, experimental attitude with a track record of building AI agents, workflows, or automation.
