AI Go-to-Market Consultant – Banking

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking an AI Go-to-Market Consultant to support its Banking and Financial Services practice in the Middle East. The consultant will work with senior executives of retail, commercial, wealth and capital markets institutions to define and launch AI-driven business transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage C‑level stakeholders (CIO, CDAO, CRO, CMO) to uncover AI opportunities and align them with strategic objectives.
• Lead workshops, maturity assessments and discovery sessions to build AI roadmaps, governance frameworks and operating models.
• Translate business challenges into concrete AI use‑cases, develop business cases, proposals and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Advise clients on responsible AI, model risk management, data residency, operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with AI architects, engineering teams, sales and partners to shape service offerings and go‑to‑market strategies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience with senior financial services executives.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, risk management and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication, executive presence and ability to influence decision‑makers.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment and continuously learn emerging AI technologies.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI concepts, use‑cases and implementation frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management and data residency considerations.
• Experience delivering workshops, assessments and strategic roadmaps.
