AI Network & Security Engineer

About the role

DAMAC AI is building NVIDIA NCP‑compliant Blackwell GPU clusters and needs an expert to own the networking and security fabric that powers these mission‑critical AI workloads. You will work at the intersection of high‑speed networking, Zero Trust security, and AI compute infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and operate InfiniBand and high‑throughput Ethernet fabrics for GPU and HPC clusters.
• Implement and maintain a Zero Trust security architecture across the AI data‑centre footprint.
• Integrate OT and IT security controls while ensuring NVIDIA NCP compliance.
• Lead vulnerability management, incident detection, containment and resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, standards and best‑practice guides for network and security architecture.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with InfiniBand or high‑speed Ethernet fabrics in GPU/HPC environments.
• Proven track record implementing Zero Trust security models.
• Experience integrating OT and IT security in data‑centre or industrial settings.
• Real‑world incident response experience, from detection through resolution.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA NCP compliance is a strong advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CISSP or equivalent are preferred.
