AI Product Specialist for Public Sector

About the role

As an AI Product Specialist for the Public Sector, you will partner with UAE government customers to discover high‑impact AI use cases on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will design, prototype, and deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions that drive real business value while acting as the bridge between local customers and SAP’s global product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with Public Sector customers in the UAE to identify, prioritize, and frame AI use cases on S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model selection/integration (SAP Business AI / BTP services), and UI/process integration.
• Run agile cycles from proof‑of‑concept to pilot to production, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
• Feed customer requirements, gaps, and patterns into SAP’s product roadmap.
• Create reusable accelerators such as reference architectures, templates, and best‑practice guides for regional scaling.

Required profile

• Ability to translate business challenges into clear technical designs and production‑ready solutions.
• Confident in customer‑facing activities: discovery workshops, demos, stakeholder management.
• Self‑motivated, forward‑deployed mindset with ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Experience with local customers and partners is a plus.

Required skills

• Data modelling and API integration.
• AI/ML concepts: forecasting, classification, copilots/assistants.
• Experience with SAP Business AI and SAP BTP services.
• Proficiency in S/4HANA data pipelines and UI/process integration.
