AI Project Coordinator

About the role

As an AI Project Coordinator you will be the central hub that keeps AI initiatives on track, ensuring clear scope, timely decisions, and accurate client updates. Working fully remote, you will collaborate with engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders to eliminate the hidden blockers that cause projects to stall.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end project logistics: define timelines, milestones, dependencies and manage follow‑through.
• Facilitate decisive meetings, assigning owners and avoiding “circle back” outcomes.
• Translate technical discussions for executives and vice‑versa, preserving meaning.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and status reporting.
• Identify and escalate risks early while they are still inexpensive to fix.
• Keep project‑management tooling clean and useful for the team.
• Support resource planning across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Gather feedback, refine playbooks and standardise best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project coordination, planning, scheduling and tracking.
• Enough fluency in AI, data analytics or software delivery to follow technical conversations and summarise them for senior leaders.
• Clear, direct written communication; ability to surface the most important information.
• Organisational instincts that hold up when managing several projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working fully remote with strong self‑direction.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity about metrics, not just reporting them.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
