Air Conditioning Technician – 5‑Star Resort

About the role

We are looking for an Air Conditioning Technician to join our team at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5‑star property in Ras Al Khaimah. You will ensure that all HVAC and related facilities operate safely and efficiently, providing a comfortable environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the engineering department with technical expertise for pre‑opening and post‑opening projects.
• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on the resort’s facilities and equipment.
• Identify safety issues across the property and take immediate corrective action.
• Provide guests with helpful information regarding property facilities.
• Manage team schedules and task allocation to meet project timelines.
• Support all hotel departments with their technical requests to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5‑star resort in the UAE.
• Technical education background with relevant diplomas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work in a busy environment and work well as part of a team.

Required skills

• Installation of air‑conditioning and HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems.
• Preventive maintenance of mechanical facilities.
