Airport Operations Control Center Analyst

About the role

The Airport Operations Control Center (AOCC) Analyst supports the coordination of resources at the designated airport control centre, acting as the central integrator between the data centre, frontline staff and external stakeholders. The role ensures continuous, high‑quality customer service and proactive communication across the airport facility.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate on‑site resources 24/7 from the AOCC.
• Handle changes in airport demand quickly and relay information to management and frontline teams.
• Ensure frontline teams meet requests within agreed KPI structures.
• Document and report operational procedure changes and stakeholder concerns.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for AOCC‑related issues, maintaining transparent documentation.
• Work within a rotating shift schedule covering all days, nights and statutory holidays.
• Adjust daily operations and roster designs to maintain workload coverage and visibility for the contracts team.

Required profile

• Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including nights and holidays.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail for documentation and reporting.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying efficiencies in airport operations.
