About the role
The Al Meylas Lounge Server delivers exceptional service to guests in the Al Meylas Lounge, ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be the face of the lounge, expertly presenting menu options, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining the high standards of Four Seasons hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Maintain lounge cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Take orders, suggest menu items, and handle special requests.
- Process payments and manage billing accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues immediately.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in upscale lounge or restaurant service.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
