Allergy & Immunology Specialist Registrar

About the role

The Dubai Health Authority is seeking a qualified Allergy & Immunology Specialist Registrar to join its clinical team in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, supporting teaching activities and contributing to departmental management.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in quality‑related activities and clinical/administrative meetings as required.
• Assist consultants and senior staff in investigating, diagnosing and treating patients referred to the specialty.
• Contribute to departmental teaching programmes, seminars and clinical research initiatives.
• Provide education and support to junior staff and promote continuing medical education.
• Undertake managerial duties including workload planning and staffing.
• Represent the department on committees and task‑forces when assigned.
• Adopt new procedures and techniques relevant to allergy and immunology.
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Deliver care to patients in hospital wards and outpatient clinics.
• Engage in departmental and hospital performance monitoring and improvement activities.
• Uphold the highest professional standards in line with organisational policies and international guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited medical school.
• Holding a recognized Membership, Fellowship, Board certification or equivalent in Allergy & Immunology or a related specialty.
