Allocation Analyst – Retail – Clothing & Accessories

About the role

The Allocation Analyst ensures that the right products reach the right stores at the right time, supporting sales, profitability and inventory efficiency for Al-Futtaim Technologies' retail division. The role works closely with Merchandising, Planning and Supply Chain teams to make data‑driven allocation decisions across both brick‑and‑mortar and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute weekly store allocations based on buying team catalogues, store capacity, option fulfilment and current inventory levels.
• Support initial product allocation for new seasons and launch assortments.
• Manage replenishment for core and seasonal items to maintain optimal stock availability.
• Monitor product performance and adjust allocations to maximise sell‑through.
• Analyse store‑level inventory productivity (sell‑through, cover, stock health) and propose corrective actions.
• Assist with in‑season inventory rebalancing and consolidation decisions.
• Produce weekly reports on sales, inventory and store performance, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in allocation, inventory management or related retail functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Merchandising, Planning and Supply Chain stakeholders.
