Aluminum Pergola Fabrication Foreman

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Pergola Fabrication Foreman to lead the production and installation of aluminium pergola systems, including louvered and motorised roof solutions. The role involves supervising teams on‑site, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the fabrication and installation of aluminium pergola systems, including louvered and motorised/automatic roof projects.
• Manage cutting, machining, assembly and installation activities while reading and interpreting technical and shop drawings.
• Coordinate production schedules, verify measurements, and ensure proper material usage.
• Inspect aluminium profiles, motors, accessories, fittings and drainage components before installation.
• Oversee the correct installation and operation of motors, control systems and automatic roof mechanisms.
• Lead and monitor fabrication and installation teams to meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Identify and resolve technical or installation issues and enforce workplace safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Aluminium Pergola Fabrication Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site and manage multiple projects or teams effectively.
