AML Engagement Manager – Fixed Evening Shift

About the role
HSBC is seeking an ambitious AML Engagement Manager to join its Financial Crime Compliance team in the United Arab Emirates. The role operates on a fixed late‑evening shift (12:00 PM – 08:00 PM) and focuses on managing regulatory reporting to the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) via the GoAML system.
Key responsibilities
- Execute actions arising from MLRO recommendations following internal investigations.
- Prepare and submit STR, SAR, AIF and AIFT reports to the UAE FIU through GoAML.
- Maintain and track reporting requests using internal trackers.
- Retrieve relevant KYC and transactional information as required.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements and escalation procedures.
- Collaborate with regional and country Financial Crime teams and other HSBC functions.
Required profile
- UAE national.
- Willingness to work the specified non‑rotating evening shift.
- Experience in AML/Financial Crime regulatory reporting.
- Familiarity with GoAML case management and UAE FIU reporting requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
