Analyst – FP&A

About the role

The FP&A Analyst will join the finance team to provide financial insights, support budgeting, forecasting, modeling and performance reporting, enabling strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts, analyze variances and identify trends.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for business opportunities, scenario planning and valuations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, develop KPIs and dashboards, and conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Support long‑term strategic planning, evaluate M&A opportunities and provide financial recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or modeling.
• Preferred MBA or professional certification (CFA/CA/ACCA).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA/macros).
• Financial modeling and valuation methods (DCF, comparable company analysis).
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data‑science applications.
