About the role

Marsh UAE is seeking recent Emirati graduates to join its Placement Practice as an Analyst I – Placement. In this role you will help match client insurance needs with suitable carrier coverage, working closely with advisors and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market data, pricing, and underwriting policies to support placement decisions.
• Collaborate with advisors and client teams to understand client needs and objectives.
• Assist in evaluating and selecting insurance carrier coverage quotes.
• Support the Placement team in delivering high‑quality service and solutions.
• Continuously develop knowledge of insurance markets and placement strategies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Finance, Insurance, Risk Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
