Analyst - Tax Operations (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

The Analyst – Tax Operations will support KPMG’s tax services in Dubai, focusing on administrative and financial processes. This role is open exclusively to UAE nationals and involves coordinating billing, invoicing, risk, and reporting activities across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review all related documents and details (JIM, Approvals, Risk Conflict, Client Evaluation, Sentinel, Engagement Evaluation, Engagement Letter, MFE, Outlays, Billing & Revenue, Payouts, Sub Tasks, Conflict Check, RM checklist, CBC check, CRM, etc.)
• Generate JSRs and amend project codes as requested by the project team
• Assist with processing departmental, inter‑firm, subcontractor, client and supplier invoices, obtaining necessary approvals
• Ensure timely billing of services by coordinating with engagement managers
• Support FP&A Lead in preparing reports on WIP, debtors and ageing invoices
• Follow up with managers on ageing WIP and debtor balances
• Provide daily support to the risk team and help create and close opportunities
• Carry out any other duties as requested by the Head of Department or Operations Lead

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the UAE
• Proven administration experience within a financial services firm
