Appointment Setter – Customer Outreach

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to engage potential customers, qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team. The role requires strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset to turn prospects into qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects via outbound calls, email, social media and other channels.
• Introduce Simera’s products and services in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, interest and fit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations or demos for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to minimise no‑shows and maintain a pipeline.
• Record all interactions and activities accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate calendars between prospects and sales representatives.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.
• Provide feedback on prospect responses and common objections.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections.
• Strong organisational and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and appointments simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
