Aquarium Specialist – Operations Crew

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Aquarium Specialist to join our operations crew in Dubai. You will be responsible for the daily care, maintenance and cleaning of client aquariums while ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all facility areas, including back rooms, pantry and restrooms, using mopping, sweeping, disinfecting and glass cleaning.
• Perform aquarium upkeep: water testing, treatment application, water bottle filling, feeding, acclimating new fish and removing deceased fish.
• Assist with aquarium relocations, new installations, disassembly, equipment repairs and part replacements.
• Complete logs, reports and track pending work items accurately.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide updates and resolve any aquarium‑related issues.
• Identify required tools and materials for maintenance or repair tasks.
• Address basic electrical, technical and plumbing problems efficiently.
• Maintain consistent servicing of client aquariums and develop keen observation skills to monitor conditions.
• Work overtime when required and uphold strong client relationships through clear communication.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or candidate with no prior experience, eager to learn aquarium care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Good communication skills for client interaction.
