Arabic Content Writer

About the role

Sundus Consultancy is seeking an experienced Arabic Content Writer to join a six‑month onsite project for a leading bank in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on creating and maintaining high‑quality, compliant Arabic content for the bank’s digital channels, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to the overall content strategy for the banking website.
• Write, edit, and update website copy—including home page, product pages, informational pages, FAQs, and customer education material.
• Translate complex banking concepts into clear, user‑friendly Arabic language.
• Ensure all content complies with regulatory standards and reflects the bank’s brand voice.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and legal teams to maintain consistency between English and Arabic versions.
• Incorporate SEO best practices and UX writing principles, such as microcopy for CTAs, forms, and error messages.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional content writing experience, preferably in retail banking, digital banking, fintech or other financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, communications, linguistics or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
• Native‑level proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic.
• Strong research, fact‑checking, and editing skills with high attention to detail for regulated content.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and incorporate feedback efficiently.
