Arabic Legal Lawyer – Real Estate Development

About the role

Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Group is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Legal Advisor to support its real‑estate development activities across the UAE. The role involves providing comprehensive legal counsel on transactions, contracts and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, enforceable and aligned with local law.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate leases, sales agreements and service contracts in Arabic and English.
• Prepare bilingual legal documents, ensuring precision and enforceability.
• Conduct legal research and monitor updates to UAE real‑estate, civil, commercial and corporate legislation.
• Coordinate with external counsel, government authorities and internal teams such as sales, property management and finance.
• Support dispute resolution, manage legal risks and advise on compliance matters.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Arabic law with the ability to interpret legal documents in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in UAE real‑estate law, including property transactions, leasing, contracts and land registration.
• Knowledge of UAE civil, commercial and corporate regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); admission to practice law in the UAE or a comparable jurisdiction is preferred.
• Prior experience in a real‑estate developer, property company or corporate legal department is an advantage.
