About the role

Mubarak Bin Mohammed Cycle 2 & 3 Charter School, an American‑curriculum mixed‑gender primary school in the heart of Abu Dhabi, is looking for an enthusiastic Arabic Teacher for the academic year 2025‑2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality Arabic instruction to students in Cycle 2 and Cycle 3, fostering a love of learning and supporting the school’s vision of a sustainable, innovative learning community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Arabic lessons that meet curriculum requirements and cater to the full ability range.
• Assess student progress, record data using Target Tracker, and use assessment insights to inform future planning.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to design interdisciplinary activities and share best practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents to support student wellbeing and academic outcomes.
• Work alongside curriculum support staff, therapists and educational psychologists as needed.
• Embed the Teacher and Learner DNA language and attitudes throughout all classroom activities.

Required profile

• Clear understanding of the Arabic curriculum and its objectives.
• Strong classroom management skills, including organising resources and creating an engaging learning environment.
• Reflective practitioner who adjusts teaching strategies based on assessment data.
• Commitment to building positive relationships with students, colleagues and families.
