Arabic Trainer – Financial Services (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic Trainer to join our Financial Services division in Dubai. The role focuses on Emiratization, developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills, productivity, and quality of work of our Emirati staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps for Emirati employees.
• Analyse performance metrics and feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Design and deliver comprehensive induction programs for new hires.
• Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, underwriting, claims handling, and customer service.
• Create training modules for telephone effectiveness and client handling.
• Coach Emirati staff on career development and monitor progress.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate training records for compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate with external training agencies and develop engaging training content.

Required profile

• Fluent written and oral communication in both Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience in designing and delivering training within the insurance or financial services sector.
