Arabic‑Speaking Video Editor – Real Estate Content

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Arabic‑speaking Video Editor to join GI Properties’ in‑house production team in Dubai. You will turn raw footage into short‑form, scroll‑stopping videos that generate real‑estate leads across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and property walkthroughs.

Key responsibilities

• Edit up to five short‑form videos daily, ensuring sharp cuts, fast pacing and strong visual retention.
• Apply kinetic typography, graphic overlays, seamless transitions, colour correction and sound design tailored for social‑media algorithms.
• Create Arabic captions, voice‑over sync and visual messaging for GCC audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, videographers and the social‑media team to plan hooks, storyboard concepts and organise digital assets.
• Monitor trending audio, viral formats and emerging post‑production styles in the real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating fast‑paced, high‑quality video editing, preferably in real‑estate or luxury lifestyle.
• Based in Dubai and able to work on‑site at Sheikh Zayed Road.
• Proven ability to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects.
• Advanced proficiency in Final Cut Pro or CapCut Pro.
