Architect - Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Architect – Arabic Speaker will join OnTime Group’s Dubai office, working full‑time on‑site to design and deliver architectural projects across the company’s diverse portfolio. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English to liaise with clients, authorities and internal teams, ensuring designs meet local regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, space planning and detailed design solutions for commercial and governmental projects.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications and documentation using industry‑standard software.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers and software developers, to integrate architectural solutions with related services.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, local regulations and company standards.
• Participate in site visits, provide technical guidance and support project delivery from design through execution.
• Communicate design intent and progress to clients, authorities and internal stakeholders in both Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience on commercial or governmental projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong project‑management abilities, capable of handling timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
