Architect – Design & Project Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to develop, coordinate, and support architectural designs that meet project requirements, client expectations, and applicable codes. The role involves creating concepts, detailed drawings, and technical documentation while collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions based on project briefs.
• Prepare and produce detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Maintain and review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide advice, and incorporate feedback.
• Conduct site visits to verify conditions and resolve architectural issues.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools to create and modify models.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, authority requirements, and HSE policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Practical experience in construction detailing and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and authority requirements is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
