Architect – Hospitality (Persian Restaurant)

About the role

The employer is seeking a qualified Architect to lead the design and delivery of a Persian‑inspired restaurant in Dubai. The role involves taking the concept from initial sketches through to construction completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed schematic drawings and construction documents tailored to a Persian‑themed dining space.
• Ensure all designs meet UAE building codes, safety standards and obtain necessary authority approvals.
• Coordinate technical specifications with consultants, main contractors and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct on‑site inspections to verify that construction follows approved designs, quality standards and project timelines.
• Resolve design challenges while integrating operational requirements of high‑end food & beverage venues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• UAE‑based professional architect licence or eligibility for immediate licensing.
• Proven experience on hospitality or restaurant projects in the UAE, preferably high‑end F&B.
• Strong knowledge of local planning policies and authority submission processes.

Required skills
