Architect & Structural Engineer – Dubai (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are looking for qualified Architects and Structural Engineers to join our Dubai team. The position involves designing residential and commercial projects, obtaining authority approvals, and supporting execution on site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural and structural designs using AutoCAD and BIM tools.
• Submit permit applications, NOC requests and coordinate approvals with Dubai Municipality and other authorities.
• Produce calculations, drawings and documentation for G+4 consultancy projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design compliance with UAE and Dubai Building Codes.
• Support construction execution and address technical queries on site.

Required profile

• DEQ registration and approval for G+4 consultancy (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of consultancy experience in Dubai.
• Strong track record with Dubai Municipality approvals and permit processes.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE and Dubai building regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit (architectural and structural)
• SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop (preferred for architects)
• ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro (preferred for structural engineers)
• Understanding of UAE/Dubai Building Codes and NOC procedures
