Architectural Designer / Technologist – Dubai

About the role

NVERSA is seeking an Architectural Designer / Architectural Technologist to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on creating architectural drawings that support 3D visualisations, virtual tours and interactive tools for luxury residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings from concept through construction documentation.
• Prepare complete authority submission packages for residential fit‑out, renovation, landscape and interior/exterior alteration projects.
• Create As‑Built, Existing and Proposed drawings, as well as NOC packages for villa renovations and extensions.
• Manage the authority approval process from submission to final approval, coordinating with developers and Dubai Municipality.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP and landscape consultants to ensure coordinated submissions.
• Revise drawings based on authority feedback and maintain high‑quality technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology (highly preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience working in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and developer standards.
• Proven experience preparing authority submission drawings and NOC documentation.

Required skills

• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency.
• Revit proficiency (highly preferred).
• Experience with authority submission processes and NOC preparation.
