Architectural Inspector

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking an Architectural Inspector to oversee the quality and compliance of architectural works on high‑rise and residential projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure that all site activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and local construction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular on‑site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements submitted by contractors.
• Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring execution matches design intent and quality requirements.
• Validate that materials and workmanship meet the project’s quality control criteria.
• Prepare snag lists, assist with final inspections, and support handover processes.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, test results, and site reports for submission to the Resident Engineer or Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural inspection or site supervision, preferably on high‑rise or large‑scale residential projects in the UAE.
• Experience working with a consulting firm is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and quality standards.
