Architectural Inspector (Temporary)

About the role

KEO Group is seeking a qualified Architectural Inspector to join its Dubai office on a temporary basis. The role involves ensuring that construction projects adhere to approved architectural drawings, local building codes, and safety regulations through on‑site inspections and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors and take timely action.
• Review shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, statutory requirements and international best practice.
• Report any non‑conforming works to stakeholders for corrective action.
• Monitor quality of works and assess site safety, health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual and QCS specifications.
• Maintain daily site records, including progress photographs, and make them readily available for inspection.
• Prepare surveillance and inspection reports as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architectural inspection or a related construction role.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations and QCS specifications.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly to project teams.

Required skills
