Architectural Site Inspector

About the role

As an Architectural Site Inspector you will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across high‑rise residential and hospitality projects in the UAE. You will oversee architectural finishes, façade systems, aluminium works and interior details, aligning them with approved drawings, specifications and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of façades, aluminium systems and interior finishes.
• Monitor site execution for compliance with drawings, specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Identify non‑conformities and issue corrective‑action reports.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants and project teams to ensure quality assurance at every milestone.
• Maintain clear inspection documentation and site reports.
• Provide technical input on architectural and façade‑related issues.
• Participate in mock‑up inspections, material submittal reviews and installation trials.
• Perform engineer obligations as per FIDIC and track cost and progress against baseline programme and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Overall 10 years of experience in similar roles, with at least 5 years in a consultancy.
• Proven expertise in façade inspection, aluminium systems, architectural finishes and high‑end interiors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, quality control practices and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
