Architecture Engineer – Commercial Interior Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Architecture Engineer with solid UAE experience in commercial interior and fit‑out projects. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, coordinating technical details, and ensuring successful site execution for offices, retail, F&B, and hospitality environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and update architectural drawings, layouts and detailed specifications.
• Coordinate with interior designers, MEP teams, consultants, contractors and clients to align design intent.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and technical documents for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve architectural and technical issues, and ensure work meets project specifications, codes and authority requirements.
• Manage the architectural workflow from design through construction and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience on commercial interior/fit‑out projects.
• Proven experience with office, retail, F&B or hospitality projects.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Expertise in architectural detailing.
