Area Manager – Luxury Vault Operations

About the role

HBS Privé Vaults is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple private vault facilities and retail locations in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines high‑end service delivery with rigorous operational oversight, ensuring that clients receive discreet, secure, and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all sites, maintaining efficiency, productivity and premium service standards.
• Supervise retail, sales, administration and operations teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Maintain exceptional client relations, anticipating needs and delivering solutions with utmost discretion.
• Coordinate mobile and multi‑site activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality or multi‑site operations management.
• Professional presentation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams effectively and drive operational excellence.
• Client‑focused mindset with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
