ASP.NET Developer – Backend & API Specialist

About the role

Docflow is seeking an ASP.NET Developer to join its Dubai development team. You will design, build and maintain backend applications, REST APIs and database integrations across several interconnected projects. The role requires solid C# and .NET expertise together with strong SQL database skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using ASP.NET.NET Core and related technologies.
• Design, implement and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable C# code.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, creating optimized queries, stored procedures and functions.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to applications, APIs and databases.
• Fix bugs reported by QA or users and implement new features based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA specialists and business teams, participating in code reviews.
• Improve performance of APIs, database queries and overall application code.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in ASP.NET/.NET development.
• Strong knowledge of C# and object‑oriented programming.
• Hands‑on experience with ASP.NET Core or ASP.NET MVC.
• Proven ability to develop REST APIs and backend services.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience maintaining a production codebase.
