Asset Data & Reliability Engineering Specialist

About the role

The Asset Data & Reliability Engineering Specialist ensures the integrity, coordination, and governance of data across airport facilities, aligning as‑built drawings, GIS platforms, and Maximo asset registers to support operational and lifecycle decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update GIS and base‑plan data to reflect as‑built conditions across all airport facilities.
• Act as the central point for receipt, validation and coordination of as‑built information from projects, fit‑outs and minor works.
• Ensure alignment of as‑built drawings, spatial data and asset information within Maximo and related digital platforms.
• Support configuration and maintenance of asset registers, asset mapping and FM‑related data in Maximo.
• Collaborate with Operations, Projects and Analytics teams to ensure effective graphical and data interfaces between CMMS, GIS, BMS, SCADA and other building technologies.
• Contribute to data governance by supporting consistent terminology, data structures and quality checks.
• Analyse failure history and asset performance data to identify reliability risks and monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR and asset availability.
• Assist in preparing performance dashboards and reports for facilities management operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in projects, building data or construction‑related roles, preferably in an airport or large‑scale infrastructure environment.
• Experience with Power BI data analytics and documentation QA/QC is preferred.

Required skills

• Autodesk AutoCAD competency.
• GIS application and browser‑based GIS tools.
• Maximo (CMMS) configuration and asset management.
• Power BI dashboard creation and analytics.
• Advanced Excel for large data sets.
• Knowledge of BMS and SCADA integration.
