Assistant Accountant – Dubai

About the role

EJTEYAZ Typing & Government Transactions Services is seeking a motivated Assistant Accountant to join its Deira office in Dubai. The role supports daily accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Record daily transactions, expenses, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Generate basic financial reports and Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain organized accounting files and support the finance team with ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Previous accounting experience is preferred.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
