Assistant Associate Professor – Pediatric Dentistry

About the role

The Assistant Associate Professor in Pediatric Dentistry will join Ajman University to deliver high‑quality education and clinical training to dental students, while advancing research and community outreach in pediatric oral health.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and clinical instruction in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in pre‑clinical and clinical settings.
• Develop and update course syllabi and teaching materials in line with CAA standards.
• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care and supervise students in clinics.
• Conduct research and publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Supervise student research projects and postgraduate dissertations.
• Engage in community outreach and professional development programs.
• Participate in departmental, college, and university committees.
• Assist in curriculum development, accreditation (CAA), and quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to student admissions, examinations, academic advising, and mentoring.
• Support departmental strategic planning and College initiatives.
• Participate in faculty development and continuing education programs.
