About the role

The Assistant Banquet Manager supports and oversees daily banquet operations at Four Seasons Resort Dubai, ensuring flawless service for meetings, social events, and luxury celebrations. This role combines hands‑on service delivery with team leadership to maintain the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of banquet events, from set‑up and staffing to breakdown and post‑event reporting.
• Work closely with the kitchen, sales, and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for banquet functions.
• Prepare and present daily briefs for the banquet team.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in banquet or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
