Assistant Chief Concierge

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Chief Concierge to support the Chief Concierge in delivering Forbes Five Star service across the resort. The role involves supervising the concierge team, handling complex guest requests, and ensuring seamless communication with internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Concierge in overseeing daily concierge operations.
• Supervise and mentor concierge staff to maintain service excellence.
• Handle complex guest requests such as transportation, reservations, and special arrangements.
• Maintain relationships with local vendors, restaurants, and service providers.
• Ensure timely communication between guests and internal departments.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Support scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated on local attractions, events, and services.
• Uphold Forbes Five Star standards and brand policies.
• Act as Chief Concierge during absences or peak periods.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of concierge or guest services experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings and stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Prior experience with Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
