Assistant Director – Contract Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Director to lead its Contract Services team. The role will oversee contract governance across hospitality, gaming, construction and development projects, ensuring compliance and driving commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing contract management policies and procedures.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals and close‑out.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements and procurement standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Development, IT, Gaming, Hotel Operations and other departments to support contract needs.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage contract obligations, milestones and compliance.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and produce reports on contract status and risk.
• Support negotiations and resolve disputes, claims and variations.
• Mentor and develop Contract Services team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in contract management, procurement or commercial management, preferably in hospitality, gaming, construction or large‑scale development.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms and governance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using contract management systems.
