About the role

The Assistant Director of Guest Experience will lead the Guest Services and Concierge teams at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, ensuring seamless, high‑quality service from the moment guests arrive until their departure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the Guest Services and Concierge teams to maintain operational efficiency.
• Uphold the hotel’s high standards of hospitality and service at all times.
• Provide professional secretarial assistance, accurate information and anticipate guest needs.
• Deliver personalized service that enhances overall guest satisfaction.
• Act as the first point of contact for guests, curating exceptional experiences throughout their stay.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising guest services or concierge teams in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong ability to provide professional secretarial support and accurate guest information.
• Focus on anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with a personalized approach.
