Assistant Director / Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

About the role

Join the finance team of a leading luxury hotel group as Assistant Director / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts. Based in Dubai with travel to international project sites, you will support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through robust financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Ensure statutory compliance, manage intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual audits across all legal entities and liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Resolve audit findings and drive process improvements.
• Oversee technical accounting for complex transactions, valuations and fair‑value assessments.
• Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term cash‑flow forecasts, identify liquidity gaps and manage treasury operations.
• Handle intercompany fund transfers, loan repayments and other treasury activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA or ACCA; MBA is a plus.
• 10‑15 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Prior exposure to hospitality, real‑estate or investment‑holding environments preferred.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, taxation and treasury management.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and PCAOB audit requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP and Ariba systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail, execution orientation and resilience under pressure.
