Assistant Executive Housekeeper

About the role

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will support the Executive Housekeeper in delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and service across the hotel. Working within a multicultural team, you will help ensure guests experience the legendary hospitality of the Dorchester Collection.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in daily operations of the Housekeeping and Butler departments.
• Oversee shift activities to guarantee rooms, public areas and staff zones are clean and well‑maintained.
• Conduct inspections, identify gaps and enforce corrective actions.
• Maintain guest and colleague satisfaction while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Participate in managing controllable expenses to meet financial targets.
