Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will support the leadership of the housekeeping operation for both the InterContinental and Crowne Plaza hotels in Dubai Festival City. This position ensures that guest rooms, public areas and laundry services meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive housekeeping department covering guest rooms, public areas, laundry and staff uniforms.
• Schedule and conduct routine inspections of rooms, lobbies, restrooms and other areas to guarantee quality and compliance.
• Manage, coach and develop a team dedicated to delivering exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
• Handle special requests and VIP needs, ensuring personalized service for repeat and Club members.
• Enforce company policies, health, safety and hygiene standards across the department.
• Address guest complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory levels, prepare budgets and drive productivity improvements.
