Assistant F&B Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Anantara Downtown Dubai, you will support the F&B Director in delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple outlets. You will combine strategic planning with day‑to‑day operations to drive revenue, maintain brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the F&B department.
• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and room service, ensuring quality and service excellence.
• Monitor and control food, beverage, and labour costs to meet budgeted targets.
• Collaborate with sales, catering, marketing, and banquet teams to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Analyse operational reports and KPIs to drive data‑driven decisions.
• Handle VIP guest requests and ensure personalized service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and brand compliance.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role within a luxury international hotel brand.
• Advanced certifications in F&B operations, wine, or spirits are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple outlets.
• Strong track record in training, motivating, and retaining talent.
