Assistant Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai. This role involves supervising a team of housekeeping staff, conducting inspections, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for compliance with brand standards.
• Coordinate with front‑office, maintenance and other departments to address guest requests and operational issues.
• Manage inventory of linen, amenities and cleaning supplies.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Prepare daily reports on housekeeping performance and issues.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in housekeeping or related hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to lead a diverse team.
