About the role

Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a resort setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
