As an Assistant HR & L&D Manager, you’re not just supporting daily operations of the hotel’s HR function – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring adherence to corporate HR policies and local regulations.
- Help coordinate recognition programs, special events, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance team member engagement.
- Oversee team member data entry, track employment transitions, maintain training and corrective action records, and generate reports on key HR metrics.
- Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and promote a productive work environment.
