Assistant Lounges Manager

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking an Assistant Lounges Manager to support the Lounges Manager in delivering exceptional service across its luxury lounge portfolio. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of a world‑class hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lounges Manager in overseeing daily lounge operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Lead and supervise lounge teams during shifts, handling scheduling, attendance, leave planning and grooming standards.
• Manage performance, provide coaching, and administer disciplinary actions when required.
• Maintain a strong floor presence to drive exceptional guest experiences, including effective reservation management and VIP guest handling.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, standards and operational procedures.
• Assume full responsibility for lounge operations in the Lounges Manager’s absence.
